Now we are recruiting the Head chef:
Obligations and duties:
1. Be responsible to set up the professional kitchen in Nanjing as matched with QS requirement, including regulations, rules and staff management.
2. Be responsible for food and pastry quality and quantity control
3. Help integrate the professional pastry and bakery team and supervising their day to day work
4. Cooperate with stores operational management; improve the presentation of BKK chocolate concept by combining with outstanding pastry works.
5. Directly report to the general manager, behave as an expertise and manager for kitchen staff.
