Colin has been organising these signature events in Beijing since March 2007 and a typical evening normally attract 140 – 180 people. Individuals, Between Jobbers, Companies looking for new employees, Executive Search Companies, HR Personnel, Recruitment Agencies and Headhunters are all welcome.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    -Based on ideas collated via EXCO, Global and Regional Offices, local Triple iii platform;
    -Identify cross-functional departmental team members;
    -Determine clear accountabilities for each project team and individual project team members;
    -Develop benefit: cost analysis, OPEX/CAPEX phasing and NPV for each project;
    -Ensure project resource allocation via budget planning process;
    -Set and manage agreed timelines and milestones;

    -Understanding of financial, budgeting and economic evaluation (NPV);

    -Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate both scientific and business information;
